Sunday Funday!

There has been a lot of discussion over the past week of getting some summer activities started and right now the plan is to get out golfing and do it next Sunday. We are going to post it up in the social page and get people to sign up from. there. The plan is to book in tee times for whoever we need for 9 holes out in Country View at 1 next Sunday. Exact details will be put up on the page once we have ironed them out!

Strength

1 Snatch Pull + 2 Hang Snatches

Slow and the explode on the first movement. Work on that bar path and speed control. Move the bar with the hips and once that muscle memory is in the body hit two beautiful hang snatches. For today you have the choice to do full snatches or power snatches. Whatever you want to work on or whatever you can lift more weight with. Your choice. We will take 20 minutes to hit this. 

Conditioning

5 rounds

  • 3 Hang Snatches (Power or Full)
  • 50m Jog

This is more of pure weightlifting than a big conditioning piece. The jog is just across the way to the grass and just gives you a chance to recover before lifting more weight. Choose a weight that is a challenge for you and get to work.
