Been seeing everyone come out this week and crush out some work. I'll be golfing with a fine crew tomorrow, but hope you make it into the gym and put in some work!
Speaking of golf we are thinking for the near future that we get a few tee times booked in and get a group out for a social round. Thoughts?
Front Rack Walking Lunges x 25ft
Grab a partner, grab a bar and start loading on some weight. Get that bar into a nice upright position and then start moving. Take 10-15 minutes to load on some weight and go from there before the workout.
