Can't wait for another big partner day. 

So exciting to coach and take part in for myself!

Not too much else on the go other than people just putting in great work day in and day out so big shoutout to that!

Strength

Handstand Pushups Progressions & Clean Technique

For the first 20 minutes of class with the warmup we'll build into these two movements for a little twist on a classic CrossFit workout. 

Conditioning

3 rounds for time - with a partner

  • 250m run - Together
  • 12 Cleans - (165/110lbs) (115/75lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • 18 HSPU or 30 Pushups 
  • 24 Partner WBS

This whole workout is done with a MB. You must run with the MB carried by one of the partners, alternate whenever you would like, and when one partner is working on their cleans or handstand pushups the other partner must be holding on to the med ball. If the MB drops to the ground both partners must stop and do 3 burpees.
