Strength

3 rounds not for time - for quality

  • 4 Turkish Get ups (2 per arm)
  • 10-15sec L Sit Hold
  • 30sec Weighted Plank
  • 10 GHD Situps

Conditioning

3 rounds for time

  • 400m Run
  • 20 Strict Situps

Simple and sweet. For the strict situps you must cross your arms across your chest and have you legs in a butterfly position. Keeping the back as straight as possible and using an abmat, get your shoulders in line or passed your knees.
