Here comes the nice weather!

Strength

Front Squats x 3reps - from the floor

The bar starts on the ground and you get it up to your shoulders and from there hit 3 front squats. Your first rep can be a squat clean!

Conditioning

16 - 12 - 8 - 4

  • Pistols or 2x Goblet Squats
  • T2B

For this workout we have a high skill gymnastics movement which we will work on after our front squats. You have 8 on each leg for the first set, alternating legs, or you have 32 light goblet squats. Try to hit these T2B as efficiently as possible and keep moving through the squats at a steady pace.
