Handstand Pushup Progressions

Two very technical movements and two very important movements in CrossFit. Mastering the foundations of CrossFit is extremely important in building your way to these movements and we will continue to monitor your technique and skills to help you be your best you!

Conditioning

Partner Merry Go Round

7 rounds each - alternating rounds

  • 3 Snatch (135/95lbs) (95/65lbs) (55/35lbs)
  • 5 HSPU or 10 Pushups
  • 150m run

One partner goes for a round and then partner two goes for a round. You can either hit power snatches or full snatches depending on what you want to improve and how your body is feeling. We'll make sure everyone has their best set up for their handstand pushups before you run to the wall and back!
