Big welcome back to the Ives family!

I believe it is safe to say from what I have heard everyone is excited to get you all back into the mix at the gym! Not the same without you!

Strength

Back Squat 

6 - 4 - 2

Quite a simple little ladder here. After a few warmup sets, hit a set of 6reps and then add some weight and hit a set of 4reps and finally add a bit more weight and hit 2reps.
