Sunday Funday!

Just a reminder that on Sundays if you want to try out a workout during the week that you missed it is a great chance to do that. If there was a workout you really wanted to do, but weren't able to get in to just let us know before class and we'll make sure you can get it done. After our comp and the open we want your training to be fun and want you to get in the workouts you want to get in. 

Strength & Conditioning

Workout 1 - Not for time

3 rounds

  • 5 Shoot Throughs
  • 10 GHD Situps or 15 MB Situps
  • 15 American KBS

Some fantastic gymnastic and core work here. Take your time and work on good quality reps. 

Workout 2 - For time

 7min AMRAP

  • 7 T2B
  • 7 Thrusters (115/75lbs) (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)

Try going unbroken on each and every set. That means taking your time and assessing your rest to work rate so once you jump on the bar or grab the bar you can put in the necessary work.
