Sunday Funday!

3 Front Squats - from the floor

We'll have a bit of time to work on your weight, but it won't be a full on strength building session. Build in weight, but don't overdo it as you get ready for the workout. 


  • 15 Front Squats (135/95lbs) (115/75lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • 30 Pushups
  • 45 WBS
  • 30cal Row
  • 15 Front Squats
