Power Cleans & Pullups
We'll take the first half of class to review these movements. Unlike Monday when we built our strength in the pullups today is a day to build efficiency on what we can do now and for the power cleans we want to work on technique and cycle speed.

- 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs
