Suppose to be the only sunny day of the week so let's get moving!

Here is what we have in store for you tomorrow. 

Strength

Deadlift Form

We'll take the first 10 minutes following the warmup to hit a few good deadlifts to set up for the workout. This is not a place to build up in weight. Focus on being efficient in the movement.

Conditioning

3 Rounds

  • 200m Run
  • 10 Deadlifts (275/185lbs) (205/135lbs) (135/95lbs)
  • 20 Pushups
  • 30 Box Jump Overs
  • 250m Row

Time to move. Lift a little heavier on your deadlifts. Move REALLY well on your pushups at a challenging progression and stay steady on the box jumps. For the rowing and running find pace you can keep for each round.
