There isn't enough I can say about you all after this weekend so I am not going to try to say it all right now. 

You are all amazing people and I super proud to be part of such a tremendous community where you all do amazing things day in and day out. Again I can't say enough about how awesome you all are. Give me a few days to process everything that went on that day and hopefully at that point I'll be able to put thoughts to words.

I am still trying to give those people who hit three hard workouts hard on Saturday some breathing room for their body, all the while giving those who are ready to hit it hard at the start of the week the chance to push themselves. We'll start with this nice little EMOM where you can keep it heavy or you can stay light and just move. Same for the MB Situps.

  • 7 Push Press (115/75lb) (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)T2B or Knee Tucks
  • 5 T2B or Knee Tucks

Same thing for this workout. Hit it hard or be smart and let your body recover by moving at an active recovery pace.
