Just two more sleeps until MayDay Mania 2016!

The heat and lane list has been released and the judges/helping lists are being edited now as we get into the weekend. 

Anything you need just fire us a message as we get ready to get it all going this Saturday!

This workout is for all those not competing this weekend. If you are competing today should be a rest day. We have tested all the WODs thoroughly over the past couple of months and now we just want to throw pieces of the first two WODS at you. (Enough snatches/OHS on Wednesday). The three movements can be broken up anyway you want with your partner and then for the run you must run it together.
