We have tested each part of the WOD as many times as I'd like to and now comes the maintenance phase and the deload phase. If you are competing this Saturday I would still come in and train hard Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday and then go for a light day Thursday of mobility and do something similar on Friday. Know you body as well though and do what works for you. If you need more rest, take it. If you train better by moving more the day before do that too, but make sure you get your mind ready for a big day.
