And a little jerk. Very simple complex. Crush it. Take 10 minutes after the warmup to hit these movements with efficiency and power. And then build in weight with the same efficiency and power.
- 0: 1 Complex - Build in weight each round if you can
- 1: 150m Jog/Run/Sprint - But not a walk in the park
