Let's go!

Time for another great weekend of workouts. Come in at some point if you want to do some work on your MayDay Mania or just come in and hang out, but make sure you get in to see us for a little workout sometime this weekend!

Lil' Clean Complex

  • Clean
  • Hang Clean 
  • Split Jerk

And a little jerk. Very simple complex. Crush it. Take 10 minutes after the warmup to hit these movements with efficiency and power. And then build in weight with the same efficiency and power. 

Conditioning

12min EMOM

  • 0: 1 Complex - Build in weight each round if you can
  • 1: 150m Jog/Run/Sprint - But not a walk in the park
