10 Days!

Wahooooooooo.

Scheduling is being set up and gear is being sorted out for the day. Tomorrow night doing a few things to fix up the gym.

Pullups

During the first 10 minutes of class we'll spend some time with those looking to get strict pullups helping them work on their progressions. We'll work on efficiency on kipping and butterfly for those that have their strict pullups.

  • Kipping or Butterfly Efficiency x 4-6r x 4s

Work on your strict pullups or work on getting more efficient with your kip/butterfly swing. 

Conditioning

  • 12 Clean & Jerks (135/95lbs) (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)

  • 8 C2B or Pullups or Ring Rows
  • 8 Clean & Jerks

  • 4 C2B or Pullups or Ring Rows
  • 4 Clean & Jerks

The cleans can be power. I don't like missing these workouts.
