A beautiful weekend here at 782. Big shoutout to our athletes competing at the Spring Fling over in Saint John. 

Strength

HSPU Progressions & Snatch Progressions

During the warmup we'll get you upside down and then get a barbell in your hands to get that moving. We want you moving efficiently so we'll take our time to get the movements down. 

Conditioning

3 rounds - rest 2 minute between rounds

  • 5 Snatches (135/95lbs) (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • 7 HSPU
  • 15 Box Jump Overs

Move well through each round and push through those box jump overs.
