Can you believe that on Sunday it is going to be May!! And then only 21 days until MayDay Mania. 

Very exciting month ahead. Can't wait

Until than we'll just keep doing what we do at 782 and you will all keep getting better. Time to lift some weight this weekend. 

Strength

  •  Hang Power Clean + 2 TnG Power Clean

You will start by picking up the bar and then hitting a solid hang power clean, most likely from the mid to low hang position. After your hang power clean you will go right into a touch and go rep for a power clean. You will do two reps of this. The reason for this today is that a lot of people we are finding are looking better from the hang than the floor and we want to help you to continue to progress from the floor. Doing a hang power clean first forces your body to be under tension leading into your next rep and gives you two chances to hit good reps. 

We will spend lots of time on this. 

Conditioning

5min AMRAP

  • 3 Power Cleans (185/125lbs) (155/105lbs) (95/65lbs)
  • 10 Box Jump Overs

5 rounds. Go for it. With unreal form of course.
