- 15 sec Paralette L Sit
- 20 Strict Situps
- 60 sec Plank
- 10 Burpees
- 10 V Snaps
- 40m Farmers' Walk (There and back twice)
Get your forearms, core, and lungs ready because you will need a bit of each for this workout. Go steady on the burpees and Vsnaps and make try to go unbroken for as long as you can on the Farmers' Carries. Continue to build that grit strength and mental strength of pushing through on a tough day.
