Hello Hello!

Beauty weather out there. Everyone is looking to run outside and get out their training. Hopefully you will see some of that at MayDay Mania!

For tomorrow we have a new loop we are testing for 200m and we'll see how you like it. (Actually you don't have a choice, you better like it.)

Strength & Conditioning

  • 400m run
  • 50 MB Situps
  • 50 Box Jumps or Step ups
  • 500m Row
  • 50 MB Slams
  • 50 Russian KBS
  • 400m Run

Don't stop moving. 


10min Skill Practice - Pick a skill and work on it. We are squatting tomorrow so don't go below parallel all that often. A few examples would be handstand walks, muscle ups, pullups, pistols.
