G'day!

Hope your weekend is going well and you are looking forward to getting into the gym tomorrow. 

Our 10am class will be our regular class and our 11am to 1 class will be run more of an open gym for people who want to test out WODs from our upcoming comp with their partner. We'll have ideas up for what you should and can be doing if you don't know what workout you want to test.
