Great partner workout. 

Super impressed with the crew in today working their way through some very technical movements. Excited to see what the comp will bring at the end of May.

Strength

Clean + Hang Clean

Take 20 minutes to work on this clean complex. Get the bar moving from the ground and get underneath that bar. On your next rep get to the hang and get back under that bar as quick as you can. 

This will be the big part of the workout so hit it hard. 

Conditioning

5 rounds for time

  • 3 Cleans (185/125lbs) (155/105lbs) (95/65lbs)
  • 150m Run

Get under that bar quickly. Move steady to come back in and get after those cleans.
