Here we go!

Another beautiful partner WOD. 

I may be most looking forward to this workout on a personal level. I believe it will challenge a lot of people and force people to push out of their comfort zones. 

Just a reminder that we are looking for judges and volunteers throughout the day for the competition. Please sign up when you can. 

Strength

Handstand Pushup Progressions & Snatch/OHS Progressions

We will take a good 30 minutes to walk you all through these three movements. They are very technical so we want you to move efficiently. 

Conditioning

  • 30 HSPU/30 HSPU to abmat&plate or 90 Push Press (85/60lbs)/30 Push Press (65/45lbs)
  • 30 Snatches (115/75lbs) (85/60lbs) (65/45lbs)
  • 200 DU's or 600 SU's
  • 30 OHS (115/75lbs) (85/60lbs) (65/45lbs)
  • 30 HSPU/30 HSPU to abmat&plate or 90 Push Press (85/60lbs)/30 Push Press (65/45lbs)

We will figure out what each person will work at for tomorrow and you will want to get together with your partner to discuss strategy on all these WODs.
