No more April Foolin around for you. Time to get down to business!

Hope you can make it in here sometime over the weekend. Classes are back to our regular schedule now for Saturday and Sunday. On Sunday we will be running our regular class at 10 and then at 11 our comp class will be open for anyone wanting to test out some of the WODs for the upcoming comps around the maritimes. 

Strength

'Low' Power Snatch + Hang 'Low' Power Snatch

When we say low power snatch we want you working on catching the bar just above parallel. When the weight is light we tend to catch the bar super high and then when it gets heavier it is hard to get comfortable landing lower without hitting a full squat for the snatch. Today we want you to find that middle ground. Move the bar fast and catch the bar in a solid power position. Keep the bar light so you can move with exceptional form. 

Conditioning

5 rounds for time

  • 5 Power Snatches (115/75lbs) (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • 30 DU's or 90 SU's

Try to go unbroken on both movements as long as possible and try to hang on for dear life at the end!
