Tomorrow come in between 8am and 12 to get your open on!

We will also have the following workout posted for anyone that hit the workout today and wants to come in and train. For tomorrow you want to put yourself through a solid, longer warmup before you hit this to make sure your grip, hips, and shoulders are ready to go. 

As for strategy know your body and adjust accordingly. If you T2Bs are your strength, break them into two sets and get some time for the cleans. If they aren't your strength go for shorter sets and quickly get back on the bar. For the DU's and SU's you want to spend as little time as possible on these and keep breathing as you get into the cleans. On the cleans go for singles and get them done with little rest between each rep.
