Sweet, sweet open everyone!

We sweat, shed a little blood, and got a lot fitter together. I'm excited to what this new chapter will bring for us at 782. The open shared with us a chance to improve on our skills and find that mental toughness that helps us grind through workouts and life on those tough days. Love being part of this whole journey with all of you. 


If you haven't yet, get signed up and get ready! It is on May 21st and you don't want to miss it this year. Something very big to kick off summer at 782. 

We also have fundamentals/trial class starting tomorrow night at 830. Bring anyone out that may be interested in giving it a go!


Deadlifts x 3reps x 3sets @ 75% of your 1RM from our previous strength cycle

Just some pure, unadulterated strength. If you are feeling strong after your warmup sets hit these 3 sets as prescribed. If you are still recovering from previous workouts or don't feel like your strength is there, scale as needed.

  • 21 MB Situps
  • 15 Deadlifts (225/155lbs) (185/125lbs) (135/95lbs)
  • 9 C2B or Pullups or Ring Rows

Just crush it. Keep everything tight on the deadlifts.
