Great work by everyone on 16.4 this week. The heavy deadlifts and wall balls were a tough challenge and didn't leave a lot left in the legs for the row. Great work pushing through those and congratulations to those who were able to get some HSPUs.
Tuesday we will be focussed on pull ups for strength and technique. Following that with an 8:00 AMRAP of:
- 8 C2B Pull Ups
- 8 Burpees
Start with a steady pace and keep moving on this.
