Another big announcement tomorrow!

Can't wait to see what you all bring to the table this weekend. If last weekend was any indication you will all be bringing your A game. 

Before I go any further I want to give a few birthday shoutouts. It seems like everyone from 782 is celebrating these days! Happy Birthday to Colette, Chris L., Steve, and Jamieson! If we haven't found you yet with your birthday burpees I am sure we will. 

Strength

Hang Cleans & Strict Pullups

We'll take a bit of time to work on these two movements before hitting this partner WOD. 

Conditioning

Partner 60sec on - 60sec off x 4 rounds

  • Hang Power Cleans (135/95lbs) (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • DU's
  • Strict Pullups

This workout gives us a little bit of everything. It's not going to be your typical lung burner that we have seen over the past three days and that is very important that we take some time to put good work into different parts of our fitness. For the hang power cleans we are working on technique and grip strength under duress. For the double unders we are either working on a skill for the minute to get better right now or we are working those lungs and hanging on for a minute. For the pullups we are working on pure pulling strength. They can be banded, chin over the bar, C2B, jumping, etc. as long as we are getting the effect we want, which is to build strength in our pulling motion.
