16.4 is out and the magic number is 55.
So for this Friday and Saturday the workout is a 13:00 AMRAP of:
- 55 Deadlifts (225/155)
- 55 Wall Balls (20 lbs to 10' or 14 lbs to 9')
- 55 Cals on the Rower
- 55 HSPUs
This is heavy but doable in smaller sets. Can't wait to see everyone crush this.
