So what a big weekend here at 782. 

Tomorrow we'll have a big write up about all the success we had with our muscle ups this weekend and the plans going forward with the open.

Rowing - Pacing and breathing in a workout

Conditioning

  • 15cal Row
  • 30 MB Situps
  • ME Burpee Box Jump Overs or Burpee Step Up Overs

Some threshold training. We'll crush out the rowing and then get through the mb situps as fast as possible before going through as many burpee box jump overs as possible with the remaining time. After that you will have 4 minutes to rest before hitting this again. We'll start heats off at the 0:00 minute mark, 2:00 minute mark, 4:00 minute mark, and so on and so forth if need be depending on numbers.
