Big, big shoutout to everyone here at 782!

We started the open with 61 members registered for the open and hope to keep it that way over the next 4 weeks. We saw nearly all of our members complete the open workout in some capacity and there were plenty of inspiring performances day in and day out. People really stepped up to the plate and I am extremely proud to be your coach. Can't wait to continue this journey with you. 

For the MayDay Mania at 782 we have 12 teams now registered and ready to go and we are taking a maximum of 36 teams. For the next week and a half it will only be open for 782 members to register and from there we will open the workouts to those CrossFit competitors chomping at the bit to get involved in the action. Sign up ASAP!

  • 30 Pushups
  • 35 WBS
  • 400m Row

The name kind of just popped into my head and it fits. Nothing too high (in numbers) and we have a lot of people here at 782 that like skiing. HA! 

Pace yourself on this. Kick it into high gear at the end. Go heavy on the deadlifts, but be smart with your technique. Slow and steady on the run. Pace yourself through the work in the middle and then hit the rowing hard. We'll probably send athletes off in heats every 5 minutes. This is one workout that I am not completely sure how long it will take.
