Front Squats & T2B
We will spend 20 minutes on these two movements leading up to the workout to make sure you are as efficient as possible in the workout. There is no set rep scheme, but you will move through both movements.

- 10 Front Squats (145/100lbs) (105/70lbs) (85/50lbs)
- 15 T2B
- 20 Box Jumps or Step ups
