Great work everyone on 16.1!!

We are 60 strong!!

On to the next one! We'll have to wait and see what Dave Castro has up his sleeve. Hopefully gives us time for our hands to heal!

Strength

Snatch Drills - Power & Full into OHS

Power Snatch + Snatch or Power Snatch + OHS 

If weighted drop between each rep - keep weight light and work on technique and save volume for workout. 

Conditioning

5 rounds for time

  • 5 Snatches (115/75lbs) (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • 7 T2B
  • 9 Box Jump Overs

Go hard on this one! We'll make sure your snatch technique is cleaned up so you can hit this workout appropriately. We want to try to hit full squat snatches today, but will adjust as necessary.
