I've seen some fantastic performances over the past weekend and you have made the gym extremely proud. As for myself it's been a tough weekend as I have been under the weather and may not get to hit this workout. Hoping to get myself better and be at full strength for next weekend.
Handstand Pushup Progressions
- 5 HSPU or 5 Push Press
- 5 Front Squats (165/110lbs) (135/95lbs) (95/65lbs)
- 50 DU's
After some work with the handstands you will hit this little combo. Something for the shoulders, something for the legs, and then finally something for the lungs. Stay consistence in this workout throughout each round.
