Boom. 

And let the floodgates open. WOD 1 is on the board and I'm sure there will be lots of people with different views of the workout and the movements. Personally I'm excited for the new movement. (Dixon you can thank me later for those programmed lunges.) We'll see how everyone else from 782 feels about it tomorrow!

I'll get this WOD up on the board and have more time to analyze the workout over the next few days. If you are doing the workout tomorrow morning, one word of advice: PACE. Take your time out of the gate and find a consistent pace you can work at efficiently. This will be programmed for tomorrow and for Saturday, but we'll have another workout for you on Saturday if you are doing this Friday.

  • 25' overhead walking lunge (95/65lbs) (45/35lbs) or front rack walking lunge
  • 8 burpees over the bar
  • 25' overhead walking lunge or front rack walking lunge
  • 8 C2B or Jumping Pullups or Ring Rows

Well this should be interesting. There are many ways to scale this workout and we will do so tomorrow if need be.
