Here we go!

Open starts tomorrow. We have had a ton of people registered for it recently and you have until Monday to get your registration completed and to be put on the team! 

We also have had a lot of people asking about the standards for Rx and scaled for our comp and I'll be posting them here after I post up the workout. 



  • Clean + Push Press + Push Jerk + Split Jerk

We'll work on the 3 big shoulder to overhead movements that allow you to move the most weight. (The strict press doesn't allow us to move a ton of weight). The goal here will be the same as today. Not strength, but efficiency for the workout. 


12min Partner AMRAP 

  • 6 Hang Power Clean & Jerks (115/75lbs) (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • 8 T2B or K2E or Knee Tucks or MB Situps
  • 10 WBS

The way this AMRAP works is partner A does movement 1 and then partner B does movement 2 and then partner A does movement 3 and then partner B will do movement 1. You will alternate movements and when all 3 movements have been completed that is when you have finished a round.
