We have a few things to go over heading into the open. 

The open starts this Thursday night. You can register anytime between now and Monday night at 9pm when all results from week 1 must be submitted and all participants must be registered. We'll be programming the workout for Friday and for Saturday and if you want to work out both days we'll have a second workout programmed. For Sunday we'll be playing around with some scheduling, but if you can't get in on Friday or Saturday it can be done. Same thing for Monday. Big thing is to try to find a judge for your workout for either of those two days. 

In terms of training we won't change much at all. We'll come in and get you to do your regular warmup and hit something more specific depending on the workout that is announced. Eat what you would normally eat and stay in your same routine. Any questions at all let us know as soon as you can so we can help you with all of this!

  • 15 Deadlifts (135/95lbs) (115/75lbs) (95/65lbs)
  • 10 Shuttle Runs

Start with your row as a bit of a warmup and then pick up the pace as you get through the workout. If you are planning on hitting the open workout on Friday take it easy on this workout.
