Hello!

We have a little bit of everything for you today. Can't wait to see what it is... scroll past all this other nonsense and get to it!

Just a reminder that we'll be skiing this Friday night at 7pm with an after ski event at the Ives residence to follow. We also have bowling on the 27th at The Alley, which will take place after we complete the open at 782!

Strength & Conditioning

4min AMRAP x 4 - rest 2 mins b/w AMRAPs

  • 8cal Row
  • 8 Pushups

 

  • 6 Shuttle Runs
  • 12 MB Situps

 

  • 6 C2B or Pullups or Ring Rows
  • 12 Forward Stationary Lunges

 

  • 6 Front Squats (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs) (45/35lbs)
  • 20sec plank

If you want variety this is where it is at. Again a little interval training and something to get the heart rate moving on all these mini workouts. You should go hard for each of the 4 minute rounds and don't save yourself for the final AMRAP. You should be tired going into that last one.
