Beautiful little workout today. 

Hope all those that stayed for ladies night had a wonderful evening! Here we are to start our weekend off right with a workout at 782. 

A little Annie with a twist to incorporate some grip strength.

We'll take some time to work on our breathing on this movement and make sure we are as consistent and efficient as possible when skipping. As well we'll talk about how to set up for this workout. 

Conditioning

50 - 40 - 30 - 20 - 10

  • Abmat Situps

15 Russian KBS before each round. Each round you will start with 15 KBS and then on to your DU's and abmat situps. If you don't have DU's you can triple the number and do SU's. Make sure you work on your DU's in the skill portion. After our shoulder and leg intensive workout today this should challenge our core to the very last rep so make sure you are moving well and moving efficiently from the get go.
