LADIES NIGHT IS ON THIS FRIDAY NIGHT AT 630PM!!

That's the big news right now and for all you ladies it is kind of a big deal!!

We'll hit a few reps together to make sure everyone is ready to smoke this workout efficiently and then we'll give you some time to build up in weight a bit before we get the workout started. 

Conditioning

  • 20 Power Cleans (185/125lbs) (135/95lbs) (95/65lbs)
  • 20 Shuttle Runs
  • 10 Power Cleans
  • 10 Shuttle Runs

Lift something up and put it back down. 30X!! Use your run as your rest for the last set of cleans and then crush out the last 10 shuttle runs to finish your workout.
