20mins to establish a Heavy Snatch

20mins to establish a Heavy Clean & Jerk

After a bit of work this week on technique we'll look at hitting these two movements. 20 minutes to warmup and then 20 minutes on each movement. Find a partner and bar and setup to hit these lifts hard.
