Strength & Conditioning

In teams of 3:

  • 100 Box Jumps
  • 100 Pushups
  • 100 Air Squats
  • 100 KBS
  • 100 Situps
  • 100 Push Press
  • 100 WBS
  • 80 Burpees
  • 2 High Fives

As a throwback and to pay tribute to all the work we have done in here for our last workout at 782 we are going to hit the first ever workout we did at 782 back on August 2, 2014. Nearly 2 1/2 years ago. 

On Sunday we'll be in the new gym. Going to make a decision in the afternoon tomorrow about the workouts for Sunday, but it will probably be moving equipment for time!
