You should see the place now!

Space is looking big today with the flooring going down and the junk getting cleared out. Another big day coming up Friday and we'll be looking at making some big moves this weekend. Can't wait!

Hope you are all doing well this week and staying out of the cold. We'll be making sure you are good and warmed up before each class. Come in with your sweat suits and be ready to move.

A little change up from today and back to our Olympic Lifting. The bar starts from the floor and we'll be going through 4 lifts. Work on best depth and work on form before adding weight. We'll be hitting some drill work as the warm up ends and then getting into the complex. If you are newer to CrossFit go to option 2 to work on your lifting. Always with this work on form and make sure you are being smart with your lifts. 

Conditioning

Complete 250 DU's or 3 minutes of DU practice or 500 SU's at some point during the class. You can do these after each of your lifts or you can complete these at the end of the class if that better suits you.
