Beauty little day for conditioning! 

And lots and lots of fun at 782 as always. 

As you heard we have had our Rogue order come in and things are moving along at the new space. Will be in there this weekend doing more painting and getting the walls set up. The plan is to be in by the end of the month as we had originally thought. Can't wait to get in there and get training. 

Strength

Shoot Through Practice & T2B Progressions

We'll take the first 5-10 minutes after the warmup and to finish up the warmup working on our gymnastics skills as they relate to a good hollow position. 

Conditioning

15min AMRAP

  • 60cal Row
  • 50 WBS
  • 40 Plate G2OH
  • 30 T2B
  • 20 Plate OH Stationary Lunges
  • 10 Shoot Throughs
  • ME Burpee Box Jump/Step Up Overs

Grind this one out. Can't wait for it. Get as far as you can and if you make it all the way crush out those burpees over the box. Be interesting to see where everyone ends up on this one.
