It's the weekend! Wahoooooooooo!

Who else is excited? 

Will be at the gym in the am coaching and the like and spending most of the afternoon working on the new gym in different capacities. Few more weeks til we get ourselves in there. Can't wait. 

Final WOD test for the Island Throwdown and then we'll have a few more practice days and then start deloading for those athletes competing. 


OHS Technique

We'll work hard on getting you moving better in this movement. Through warmup, mobility, and technique practice we'll make sure your hips and shoulders are ready to move that bar around.

Little test of some overhead squats here. We'll probably run this in heats so we can give you some practice under comp style settings.
