The days here just keep getting better at 782!

People crushing out their CrossFit totals. If you missed it here today we have class tomorrow at 10 and then open gym from 11 to 1 where you can get in to get your totals. I am in that boat as well. If you still are missing out we can help you Monday or Tuesday during class. 

On Monday we will be having one holiday class at 11am. It will be a team or partner workout for the day. 

Great totals here today with a bunch of people just hitting PRs on one, two or even three lifts. Those numbers are insane! 


Hang Power Snatch - Cycling the barbell

Similar to what we did on Tuesday with the power clean we'll look at the turnover of your reps and how to be efficient, while keeping the integrity of each position.

  • 30 DU's or 90 SU's

Fun little descending ladder of some work and some skill.
