Ready to roll!

Remember this Saturday we have our 1RM testing day in the form of the CrossFit Total. If you want to hit it on Friday or Sunday that is an option as well. 

Weather has been beautiful and hope you are all still enjoying it. Get outside and get for a hike on your rest days or still hit up the beach and get moving, but give yourself something new to mix it up before the snow hits us!

We'll be still hitting it hard over the next few days, but building up towards those 1RM numbers. 

Strength

Front Rack Walking Lunges x 25ft x 5sets

Go as heavy or as light as you want given how your body is feeling tomorrow. 

Conditioning

  • 10 American KBS
  • 10 T2B/Knee Tucks/MB Situps
