What's it doing being November already!! This is getting ridiculous. 

We have 26 more days til the Island Throwdown. Keep getting that training in. You will continue to see pieces of the WODs throughout the week. 

Great work today on the squats and the short AMRAP. Hope it let the lungs burn a bit. 

Strength

Strict Press

  • 5 reps @ 75%
  • 3 reps @ 85%
  • ME reps @ 95%

You know the drill. Sort out your reps and your numbers and crush that weight. 

Conditioning

3 rounds - each round for quality - rest 2 mins between rounds

  • 3 Strict HSPU (deficit/abmats) or 3 Strict Press or 3 Box HSPU
  • 9 Kipping HSPU or 9 Push Press or 9 Pushups
  • 15 Box Jumps (30/24") (24/20") (20/12")

A little muscular endurance testing in your shoulders and then some explosive work with those box jumps. You know they are coming in the Island Throwdown. Scale up a bit and move through them fast before you rest for the next round.
