Happy Halloween!

No tricks for you tomorrow, only treats in the form of back squats! Which we know you all love. 

Great weekend up in Summerside with CF24. Pictures are starting to go up. Was able to get up there for a couple of hours with our girls from Special Olympics. Four of them made the trip down and had a great time working out and meeting tons of new people. Amazing new space so if you get the chance make the trip. Definitely worth it. Great coaches, people, and training down there!

Strength

Back Squat

  • 5 reps @ 75%
  • 3 reps @ 85%
  • ME reps @ 95%

Get after it. Throw on a belt and hit some reps!! Make sure you have your spotters and get in the zone before that final set!

Conditioning

5min AMRAP

  • 5 Thrusters (95/65lbs) (75/45lbs) (55/35lbs)
  • 5 Pullups
  • 5 Burpees

A short little sprint to start the week and something manageable after all those heavy back squats, but still challenging if you want to push that pace from the get go. Have done this workout before and it's exactly what you make it.
