Great day today!

Lots and lots going on and will share more with you all about our day in Summerside later in the week!

Strength

Snatch Complex

  • Power Snatch 
  • Hang Snatch (power or squat)
  • OHS (to best depth)

Taking the first 15 minutes after the warmup to work on your snatching. Work on that overhead squat as well for your depth and technique at whatever weight works for you.

Conditioning

  • 10 Power Snatches (135/95lbs) (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • 15 Burpees
  • 50 Situps
  • 15 Burpees
  • 10 Power Snatches

Hit these reps fresh and then hit them again once your core and lungs have been exhausted. Going to really have to zone in on your form for those last reps to make sure you are hitting them the right way.
